You are invited to attend our AGM on Monday the 23rd November at 7.00pm at Mount Waverley Reserve Clubrooms. The AGM is a critical meeting for our club as it sets up the following year by confirming all office bearers and enables our club to commence strategic planning with a mandate toward our future. The open forum provides all members the opportunity to discuss any concerns or opportunities that exist within our club.
We hope to see all memberships and supporters on the 23rd November.

To confirm a quorum of 20 members and note apologies

To confirm the minutes of the previous AGM;

To receive from the committee reports on the affairs of the club during the financial year. (Year ending 31st October)
For Discussion

To elect officer bearers of the club and ordinary members of the committee. The office bearers of the club shall be: Club President Junior President Vice-President – Operations Vice – President - Administration Vice President – Women Sport Secretary Treasurer Vice President - Football Operations Up to and including 11 other persons to serve as ordinary committee members. As per item 27 (4) If the number of nominations exceeds the number of vacancies to be filled, a ballot shall be held.
